We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor near Croydon

The Project is valued circa £5M and is a CAT B D&B Fit Out project. You will be responsible for managing the site which will be spread over 3 floors and will include some external works also. It is on a high street so a high-level candidate will be required due to the live works on the high street. You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
Procore Experience
Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
Major experience in M+E
Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat's in it for you as the Site Manager on this project?
