My client is a privately owned residential developer who are looking for a highly experienced Assistant Site Manager on a project of 300 RC frame flats in West London.

Details of the role are as follows:

You will be given a block of 40 flats to manage from 1st fix onwards
You will need at least 4-5 years of experience of managing flats from this stage to handover - this role will suit someone who is almost at site manager level as the site team is run lean.
A Site Manager happy to work in a "no2" capacity would also suit this role very well
They are trying to recruit permanently for this role so there is the option for temp to perm if that's of interest.
CSCS, First aid and SMSTS are ideal
£275 CIS per day for the right candidate
