Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for construction roles.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:
