Business Development Manager
Salary up to £50,000 + 30% OTE

CPS Group UK is excited to partner with a dynamic Saas-based organisation that's experiencing impressive year-on-year growth. They're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
In this role, you'll identify and close new business opportunities, showcase the value of our innovative solutions, and be supported by a steady stream of MQLs and SQLs. Working alongside an SDR, you'll help generate even more opportunities in a fast-paced, fun environment with huge potential for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries and support from the SDR team, identify and qualify leads to help build a strong sales pipeline
* Deliver bespoke presentations to highlight how the product can solve challenges
* Initiate and nurture client relationships
* Coordinate the sales journey from initial contact through to closure
Candidate Skills/Experience:
* Must have prior experience with SaaS sales
* Ambition to grow in a sales driven role
* Track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Experience managing the entire sales cycle
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a talent to build long-lasting client relationships
