BDS are currently recruiting for a responsive friendly and cheerful caretaker for a Retirement living service based in St John's Wood,

Role details
To be the first point of contact for residents and visitors to the service.
Making contact with the residents daily and checking their welfare,
Reporting any faults or repairs
Signposting information of local services
Ensuring the property is maintained and kept clean and welcoming for residents and guests alike.
To build familiarity with the residents
There are admin tasks included within the role, keeping accurate records, responding to emails, managing spreadsheets etc

About you
We are looking for someone to be proactive within the service,
Approachable and friendly

Working hours are 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm

This is a permanent position
