Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 5 Factory Operatives for their client which is based in Redditch, Worcestershire.

Hours: (Apply online only) Monday to Thursday, (Apply online only) Friday

Pay: £11.44 Per hour

Job Duties:
- Measuring and cutting wood on a busy shop-floor

- Working within a team to ensure all KPI's are achieved

- Using hand and power tools to construct wood to drawing specifications

- Manual handling of wood/stock - lifting upto 25KG

- Stock movement

- Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:
- Experience in a wood/joinery shop-floor would be ideal but not essential

- Experience with hand and power tools is essential

- Ability to lift stock regularly and comfortable with lifting ng up to 25KG

- Ability to read drawings and measure correctly

- Knowledge for operating machinery

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work within a team
