Architectural Technician (Min. 3 years UK experience) - Milton Keynes - £Neg.

We are working with one of the UK's leading Architectural Practice who are proud of their success and the roles their employees play in that success.

Due to an ever increasing workload, they seek an Architectural Technician to join their team with Revit experience who play a pivotal role within the design team.

Role & Responsibilities

* Work as part of a project team to deliver schemes from inception to completion.

* Where directed to do so, take on the role of project lead to manage the day-to-day delivery of projects.

* Produce design stage risk assessments.

* Liaise with and produce documentation for statutory approval authorities.

* Produce and coordinate detailed design information.

* Assist with administering contracts and project certification.

* Carry out stage and snagging inspections.

Qualifications and experience

* BSc Hons, HNC or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology/Architecture.

* Minimum 3 years’ experience.

* The majority of our projects are delivered in REVIT therefore knowledge and experience of BIM would be advantageous.

* Detailing and Building Regulation knowledge essential.

* Knowledge of NBS.

* Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team.

* Strong communication and project management skills.

* Must possess an eye for detail and design.
