Telesales Team Leader, Newcastle (office based)
£30,000 - £32,000 per year + uncapped commission & bonus scheme

We’re seeking an ambitious and dynamic Telesales Team Leader with a passion for sales, leadership, and driving success. If you’re experienced in outbound sales management, have a talent for motivating teams and want to earn uncapped commission and bonuses, this is the opportunity for you!

You’ll be responsible for building, training and leading a high-performing telesales team focused on outbound cold calling to business owners. Your team will identify opportunities, explain how our clients innovative communication solutions can save businesses over 30% annually and set qualified appointments for field-based Business Executives.

Person Criteria:

* Proven experience as a team leader or manager in outbound telesales or cold calling

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

* Results-driven mindset and passion for exceeding targets

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* 2+ years in outbound sales or appointment setting (essential)

* 1+ year in telesales management or team leadership (required)

Salary & Benefits:

* Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000, depending on experience
