Job Title: Stores Operative

Hours: 6am - 6pm shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off

Location: Harwich, Essex

Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour

Contract Duration: To start ASAP until June 2025

Our client, a global leader in renewable energy, is seeking a Stores Operative to join their Service team at the Galloper Operations & Maintenance Facility based in Harwich, Essex. As the Stores Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of stocks and meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage stock movements and maintain accurate records
Pack tools and parts, ensuring compliance with export and container packing documentation
Conduct inventory counting and audits to ensure accuracy
Coordinate logistics solutions to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers
Produce import and export paperwork in accordance with site proceduresRequirements:

Previous experience in warehousing/logistics is preferred
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Forklift licence is desirable
