Role Responsibilities: ? Lead and oversee daily garden maintenance tasks, ensuring high horticultural standards
? Use a variety of hand and power tools for landscaping and groundskeeping
? Manage irrigation systems to maintain plant health
? Train and supervise team members, fostering a strong team dynamic
? Maintain accurate records using an internal software system
? Work closely with contract managers and directly with clients
? Travel to various locations on a two-week rotation schedule

Requirements: ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in garden/grounds maintenance
✔ NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture (or equivalent)
✔ Full, clean UK driving licence – Essential (DO NOT apply if you do not have this)
✔ PA1 + PA6a certification – Desirable

Working Hours (Seasonal Schedule): ? Monday - Friday 07.30 - 16.30 hrs (40 hours per week)
? Location: Primarily West and North West London
