The Position – Learning Mentor

We are seeking a confident and experienced Learning Mentor to join our primary school team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a primary school and be skilled in planning and leading interventions to support pupils’ learning and well-being. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with teachers and inspire pupils to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver targeted interventions.

* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.

* Build strong relationships with children and staff.
