Female Support Worker – Alton £12.40 p/h plus night enhancement

Typical Shifts are: 21:00 - 7:00am, working 3 shifts a fortnight including some weekends

As a Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our small, residential service in Alton is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! ! As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night.  You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

We're interested in Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values.  This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving licence as public transport is very limited, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach.  You'll need experience working with individuals with autistic tendencies, epilepsy, selective mutism and communication difficulties.
