Your new role

Liaising with EA's is necessary to ensure all activities adhere to requirements.
Gathering documents according to Compliance Team's guidance.
Liaise with relevant departments regarding billing, following up bills as necessary, KYC, file opening and payments
Running conflict checks and sending them through where required.
Saving correspondence to matter files.
Producingengagement letters and ensuring they are completed.
Maintaininghard and soft copy files.
Processing bills - running the narratives, producing relevant documentation, printing letters, attending internal meetings and following up where necessary.
Assist with creating new clients and file opening.What you'll need to succeed

Strong clientservice skills
Previous experience in a similar role doing aspects of either compliance / billing administration is essential.
Strong administration and organisational skills
