Full-time position with 40 hours per week

52 weeks of work per year

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to ensure high-quality care and education

Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development

Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education (Minimum Level 3)

Proven experience in a similar leadership role

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Passion for working with children and fostering their development
