Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with counterbalance and side loader licenses. The ideal candidate will have  experience in handling metal products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the safe movement of metal products, quality checks, and packaging based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operate both counterbalance and side loader forklifts to transport metal materials within the facility.
Load and unload metal parts, up to 4 meters in length, onto and off cutting machines.
Ensure all materials are handled safely and securely, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
Package metal products in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring precision and quality.
Support warehouse operations, including stock management and preparation for dispatch.
Conduct routine checks on forklift equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs.Essential Requirements

Valid Counterbalance and Side Loader Forklift licenses.
Experience handling and moving large metal products in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices in a metal-handling environment.
Ability to perform quality checks on metal products to ensure they meet specifications.
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
Willingness to work rotating shifts (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).Preferred Qualifications

Experience in working within a production or manufacturing environment, particularly handling metal products.
