Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer in Southwark. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

Taking calls from families on the Helpline needing Adoption Support in a pressurised setting
Responding to enquiries, urgent requests
Supporting a team of Social Workers
Provide a first point of contact for the children, families and adopters supported by designated teams, identifying needs and providing appropriate support and advice
Provide key administrative support across designated teams that ensures timely and appropriate interventions with children and their familiesThe candidate:

Experience working within adoption support is highly desirable
Knowledge of Case Management systems is essential
