Here at TSA Surveying, we are actively representing a consultant who are looking to appoint a technical individual to act as an NEC Supervisor within their Midlands branch.
They’re seeking for a skilled and experienced NEC Supervisor to join their dynamic team who possesses experience in the Civils industry and has worked with concrete and moulding. Being heavily involved with the design elements of the upcoming projects the role will be hybrid based. Also including a monthly trip to Portugal, Fancy a small holiday once a month?

As an NEC Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the NEC standards. You will be responsible for supervising and managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Supervise and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with NEC contract specifications.
* Monitor project progress and report on any deviations from the plan.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
