Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies for raw chemical materials.
* Identify key markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
* Lead the sales team, set targets, and drive performance.
* Maintain market knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
* Build and manage long-term client relationships.
* Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and R&D to align sales with demand.
Candidate Profile:
* Team management experience will be an advantage.
* Able to close deals and achieve targets.
* Chemical sales experience.
* Skilled in customer relationship management.
* Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business.
* Minimum 3 years sales experience.
* UK driving license required (sponsorship is not available).
