Our client, a leading electrical contracting company specialising in CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-outs in Central London, is seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join their dynamic team. With an annual turnover of £8 million, they offer exciting opportunities to work on high-profile projects.

Estimator Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical installations.
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct site surveys to gather accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimise costs.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations. Estimator Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and building regulations (BS 7671).
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2391).
Proven experience in electrical estimating within the commercial fit-out sector.
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., WinCAPS, ConEst).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
