Account Manager – Renewable Wholesale

Location: Basildon

Salary: £30-£35k DOE

Multitask Personnel are pleased to be partnered with a leading company in the renewable energy wholesale sector who are seeking a dynamic Internal Sales person to manage and develop current client accounts and relationships.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be an integral part of our client's sales team, building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s expansion while developing your career in the rapidly growing Solar industry.

Key Responsibilities

•    Drive business growth and acquisition through proactive lead generation

•    Manage and develop fantastic relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth

•    Process sales orders and prepare detailed customer quotations

•    Design solar systems for clients (comprehensive training provided)

•    Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer delivery

•    Develop a deep product knowledge

Required Skills & Experience

•    Previous experience within a similar wholesale industry (Electrical, Renewables, building

•    Confident with outbound and outbound calling

•    Proficiency with CRM systems and online ordering platforms

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•    Strong presentation and active listening abilities

•    Competent with Microsoft Office suite

•    Customer-service oriented with a proactive "can-do" attitude

•    Team player mentality with the ability to work independently
