Position: Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment – Retrofit - Staines

Location: Staines

Site Manager required to work on a Retrofit / SHDF Framework for A2 Dominion in Staines.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations reporting to a Project Manager

Project:

The project is a £8 million framework in Staines. Retrofit works include EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations.

Company Overview:

Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East.

Individual:

The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages.

Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.
