Key Qualifications and Skills:

* Extensive experience in UK design consultancy, particularly within the residential sector.

* Proven proficiency in managing Section Agreements (278, 38, 185, and 104).

* Advanced skills in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes, and their equivalents.

* Ability to lead and mentor a Civils team alongside the Regional Director, fostering growth and development.

* Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.

* 10+ years’ experience in the industry and have an aspiration to start a new and exciting chapter in your career
