We have a Maintenance Technician vacancy, working for a well established property maintenance contractor for University of Birmingham. This is a permanently employed position where a van and fuel card will be provided.

In return the successful Maintenance Technician will receive:

£34,000 + per annum

As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for:

PPM work
Temperature monitoring
Fire alarm tests
Visual inspections
The successful Maintenance Technician will have:

NVQ level 2 in Electric
18th edition
Full UK driving license
