About the Role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying services across a broad range of commercial and residential projects. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients, managing projects, and ensuring excellence in all aspects of building consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed building surveys, dilapidations assessments, and refurbishment inspections.
* Provide expert advice on property defects, maintenance, and project feasibility.
* Manage and deliver high-value projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
* MRICS qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
* Proven expertise across multiple building surveying disciplines.
* Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
* Highly motivated with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
