IT Support Engineer| £28,000 to £35,000 | Harlow, Office + Client Sites | Driving License is Essential

Working for an exciting and innovative new MSP based in Harlow, where your passion for technology will play a pivotal role in a company that is looking to grow.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, whilst also setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Sharepoint, and Entra ID. 

Other responsibilities:

Network & Security Management: Configuring network hardware, such as firewalls, specifically brands like WatchGuard and Palo Alto.
Server & Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintaining and optimising Windows and virtual Servers
Proactive Maintenance & Monitoring: Using specialised tools to remotely monitor, maintain, and protect IT systems before issues become problemsKey Skills: 

Experience working in a similar role within a support setting
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows Operating Systems
Good understanding of networks and security (like VPNs, firewalls, LAN)
