TimePlan Education are excited to assist secondary schools across Ely and the surrounding areas with the recruitment of General Cover Supervisors for ad hoc supply starting in September 2024.

Position Details:

Role: General Cover Supervisor
Location: Various mainstream, secondary schools across Ely and the surrounding areas
Ofsted Rating: Many of the schools are rated 'Good'
Timings: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: September 2024

Role Expectations:

A successful Cover Supervisor will:

Build a strong rapport with students quickly
Remain calm, confident, and engaging in unfamiliar settings
Teach a variety of subjects using pre-prepared resources
Maintain class discipline and keep students focused on their learning objectivesCover Supervisors are essential in maintaining the continuity of students' education during short-term teacher absences. This role is crucial across all types of schools and educational stages.

Dedication to creating a positive and productive classroom environment
