Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a HVAC Engineer to join a leading FM provider. The contract you will be assigned to is a hospital in Surrey.

About the role of the HVAC Engineer:

Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
Troubleshoot and fault find equipment failures
Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipmentExperience need for the role of the HVAC Engineer:

Ideally experiencing hospital maintenance
Knowledge of boilers,HVAC,BMS,HTHW and pressure units
C & G or NVQ in HVAC or equivalent What we offer the HVAC Engineer:

Hours of work - Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm
