Salary Details: £19.90 per hour

We are pleased to be recruiting a qualified Mechanical Fitter for our client based in Sheffield.

This is an ongoing temporary position with varied hours depending on the location of the work.

A Vehicle and accommodation will be provided as necessary for site work so a full driving licence will be required.

The hourly rate for the role is £19.90 per hour.

The role will involve working in a rail environment- PTS or experience in a rail environment and health and safety would be required.

Work will be carried out outdoors across a variety of locations nationwide and can involve working at height and at low levels.

Duties will include:

Preventative maintenance visits

Maintaining and installing couplings, gearboxes and pumps

Diagnosing mechanical faults

Assembling mechanical parts and ABS pipework
