Overview
We are seeking a skilled 5 Axis Setter/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting and operating 5 axis milling machines, with the ability to set and run multiple different machines including DMG Mori, Hermle, and others.

Responsibilities

* Set up and operate 5 axis milling machines to produce high-quality parts

* Interpret engineering drawings to determine the most efficient set up and operation of machines

* Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts and ensure they meet quality standards

* Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure the machines are running at optimal levels

* Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to continuously improve processes and procedures

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a 5 Axis Setter/Operator in a manufacturing environment

* Ability to set and operate multiple different machines, including DMG Mori, Hermle, and others

* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications

* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
