A worldwide global manufacturer is looking for a CNC Operator for their growing team. They have plans to double their turnover over the next 4 years with recent investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training etc. in order for the team and business to further develop.

Role & Responsibilities:

Operate CNC press brake, laser cutter, and punch machines safely and efficiently.
Accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate metal parts.
Perform machine setup and calibration to ensure optimal operation.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to maintain machine performance and product quality.
Monitor machine performance, including tool wear and quality control, and make necessary adjustments to uphold high production standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Advanced experience operating at least one of the following CNC machines: press brake, laser, or punch. Familiarity with machine programming is a plus.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce precise components.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in metal fabrication, is preferred.
