Role Summary
  
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the financial management the Businesses largest concession, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role will involve not only overseeing financial performance but also establishing standards for financial business partnering across other concessions. Additionally, the Senior Finance Business Partner will provide FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) support to the CFO and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance financial insight and drive improved performance.
  
Key Responsibilities

Financial Business Partnering and Concession Leadership
Act as the primary finance partner for the largest concession, overseeing financial performance and providing actionable insights.
Work closely with operational teams to monitor, forecast, and improve profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
Support key decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations and understanding the operational impact on financial outcomes.
Standard Setting and Process Design
Develop, implement, and standardize best practices for finance business partnering across all concessions.
Collaborate with other finance business partners to ensure consistency in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate and support the financial success of each concession.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Support the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and other ad hoc analyses to inform strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packs, ensuring accuracy and clarity for presentation to investors and the Board.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
Work with non-finance stakeholders to help them understand financial drivers and performance, facilitating improved financial literacy across the business.
Conduct regular financial performance reviews with concession management teams, ensuring alignment on goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Support the CFO in communicating financial insights and performance updates to private equity investors and the Board.
Project Management and Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, focusing on process efficiencies, system enhancements, and data accuracy.
Support the integration of any newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with existing financial processes and reporting standards.
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the finance department
