As a rapidly growing business we are now expanding our team and are looking to recruit an experienced Billings Administrator to join the department based in our Central Manchester office.
The successful Candidate will:
Have experience in all aspects of billing including but not limited to:
Processing invoices (approval and collation of data)
Dealing with billing queries
Following up on outstanding invoices
General administration tasks relating to the Repair department
Be proficient with MS Excel
Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability adapt to each client's needs
To collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels where required and work cohesively together to achieve the Company goals.
Be able to maintain high standards of work when under pressure and within deadlines
Create and maintain effective professional relationships with referrers negotiating confidently when required
Keep up to date with all legislation and regulatory changes pertinent to the role

Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
