Salary: Paid to Scale (£163 - £223 per day, depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient Year 5 or Year 6 Teacher ready to inspire and support students’ growth. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced teacher who is committed to providing high-quality teaching and a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging Teaching: Design and deliver dynamic lessons for upper KS2, creating an inspiring learning environment.
Individualised Assessment: Regularly monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and personalised support.
Classroom Management: Maintain an inclusive, well-organised classroom that fosters respect and cooperation.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with staff, parents, and carers to ensure every student is supported academically and personally.
Continuous Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with educational best practices.
Ideal Candidate:

Qualified: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experienced: Proven experience in upper KS2, with a strong track record of raising student attainment.
Passionate and Supportive: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to developing a love of learning in all students.
Organised and Adaptable: A proactive, positive, and flexible approach to creating a supportive learning environment.
DBS Checked: Hold a current, valid DBS or be willing to obtain one.
