Established over 50 years ago, this company manufactures cutting-edge products for specialist industries, supplying companies globally. Due to securing new contracts, they are seeking an experienced Inspector to supervise and help lead the team.

In this role, you will be a hands-on supervisor while supporting the leadership team with management tasks. You will lead a team of inspectors across multiple sites, offering support and training to your colleagues. You will lead from the front, inspecting products with extremely tight tolerances.

The Role:

* Quality Supervisor

* Lead a team of Quality Inspectors across multiple sites

* Hands-on work with extremely small tolerances, providing guidance and mentoring to your colleagues

* £17.50 - £19.50 per hour + Overtime, Training, Development, Progression, and Excellent Benefits
