Client Servies Administrator

What you'll do:

* Manage post and phone communications.

* Book and prepare client packs for reviews and meetings.

* Build client relationships and handle queries.

* Process transactions and update client records.

* Assist with internal meetings and seminars.

* Support the receptionist and various administrative tasks.

What we're looking for:

* Professional presentation and strong communication skills.

* Confidence in client interactions via phone and email.

* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and organise tasks.

* A very good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Excellent time management and attention to detail
