Job Title: Account Manager

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: London - 2 days per week in the office

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (Double OTE)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and close business within an existing client portfolio.
Maintain and enhance client relationships through proactive account management.
Forecast sales and track account performance using CRM tools.
Act as the main point of contact for all client account matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions.
Provide regular reports on account status and progress.
Address client inquiries and manage expectations effectively.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar Account Manager or client-facing role, preferably in the IT or cloud services industrySkills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
A solid understanding of industry trends and client needs influencing purchasing decisions.
Results-driven with the ability to independently lead initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and maximising profitability.Additional Requirements:

Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies is a plus.
Sales or account management certifications (e.g., CSM, CSAM) are advantageous.
