Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience working with SEN students.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Ability to adapt and implement creative, individualised teaching approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver specialised lesson plans tailored to students' needs.
• Work collaboratively with SEN professionals, including therapists and support staff.
• Maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and implement adjustments to maximize growth.
• Engage parents and guardians, fostering strong school-community partnerships.
