Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
Thoroughly inspect properties to assess condition, identify issues, and estimate value.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive survey reports.
Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships.
Stay up-to-date with property trends and regulations. Qualifications and Experience:

MRICS qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience conducting Level 2 and Level 3 Homebuyer Surveys.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
