Are you a finance professional with a passion for driving performance and delivering on ambitious financial targets? We are seeking a Finance Manager to become a key player in our client’s dynamic Commercial Finance team, supporting the strategy for the fastest-growing segment of their business.
 
About the Role:
 
As a Finance Manager, you'll report to the Head of Finance and work within the Commercial Finance Business Partnering Team. You'll engage directly with senior leaders and stakeholders making this a high-profile position. This role also offers a unique chance to oversee the End-to-End P&L, providing you with broad exposure across various business areas.
 
Key Responsibilities:
*            You will partner with the Trading Director and teams to analyze performance and guide future commercial decisions.
*            You will scrutinize the End-to-End P&L to uncover opportunities for gross contribution improvements.
*            You will review and approve business cases, support investment appraisals and collaborate with project teams to drive investments from concept to realization.
*            You will contribute to the creation of strategic and ambitious plans.
*            You will ensure commercial teams meet their budget, forecast, and 3-Year Plan (3YP) targets.
*            You will build and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams and key finance stakeholders in FP&A and Financial Control.
 
What the client is looking for…
*            Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
*            Strong analytical capabilities with experience in high-quality data reporting and review.
*            Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and hold business partners accountable.
*            Excellent Excel skills and SAP BW
*            Power BI and Commercial TM1 reporting would be beneficial
Resilient Multitasker: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Excellent skills in Excel and SAP BW.
