ISQ Recruitment is proud to partner with a renowned organisation in the logistics and manufacturing sector to recruit a Systems Process Engineer. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of data and operations, creating impactful solutions to enhance business efficiency.

Job Purpose:
The Systems Process Engineer will use data and IT systems to identify operational issues and recommend improvements. You will manage data capture tools, provide insights, and oversee a team of analysts to support process enhancement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse operational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Develop and maintain reporting systems for key performance metrics.
Train and guide colleagues in using data platforms and reporting tools.
Manage system updates, ensure smooth IT operations, and oversee hardware inventories.
Represent the engineering function in review meetings, providing insights and updates. What We’re Looking For:

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
Experience in data analysis, IT systems, or process improvement roles.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is highly desirable.
