Surveying and Servicing Engineer

Main Purpose of Role

* Deliver technical site surveys

* Produce reports based on the site surveys

* Work with manufacturers and installation teams to create quotes for customers

* Service and maintain medical device hoists within customer homes / facilities

* Respond to breakdowns of medical device hoists and troubleshoot

* Liaise with customers on the telephone and through email

* Have / build a technical knowledge of mobility hoists

* Visit customers to conduct product services

* Solve customer technical issues via telephone and face-to-face

* Adopt safe behaviours by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and clients

Key Accountabilities

* Review current processes for optimsation possibilities

* Support all colleagues with work related activities when required

* Maintain your knowledge and understanding of the mobility hoists market

* Take part in and engage with internal and external meetings when required

* Work in compliance with any applicable regulations
