Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Fine Art Shipping Coordinator for a niche sector Freight company based in Perivale, Midlesex area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Provide quotations for International Air, Road and Seafreight shipments for both import and export.
* Complete all Export and Import paperwork
* Coordinate International Shipments, making sure all parties are kept up to date and ensure smooth communication to partner Agents in different countries.
* Liaise closely with other departments
* Provide an exceptional level of customer services
* Make sure Clearance instructions, Invoices and Insurance documents are sent in a timely manner to ensure smooth running of shipments
* Keeping an eye on changes in shipments, and keeping the client informed of any changes to the costs
* Apply for any International permits including Export Licences and CITES permits as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* Experience of Export or Imports
* Knowledge of Import / Export documentation
* A strong focus on completing tasks to high quality and safety standard and seeking better ways of working
* Attention to detail in all aspects of the role
