Due to success and expansion, they are now seeking experienced and passionate Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator to join their busy team. This well-known tour operator offers various holiday types from adventure to luxury with a great reputation in the industry.

This exciting role is ideal for a travel graduate or a travel professional with sales support, administration and customer service experience. Career progression, travel benefits, commission, fun working team and many other perks are on offer.

Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator Duties:

* Confirm holiday bookings and services for the Travel Consultants

* Send all holiday confirmation documentations and ensure booking detail is correct before operations commence on the final documentation.

* Send all relevant information (such as passport details, dietary requirements, birthdays, celebrations) to suppliers.

* Send updated documents to clients and agents when there has been an associated flight time or date change.

* Booking of additional travel services and transfers for Travel Consultants.

* Ensure guides and drivers have all the information required for each respective client travel itinerary.

Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator – Essential Requirements:

* Travel industry experience is ideal

* Attention to detail is imperative

* Exceptional customer service and rapport building.

* Excellent writing skills and command of English grammar

* Numerate and data literate
