Position: Technical Manager

Location: Worcestershire

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects

The Role: Employed as a Technical Manager your duties will be focused upon Engineering / Quality & R&D. You will manage a team, ensuring the highest standards of product design and development, specification control, and adherence to ISO9001 standards. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining the reputation for excellence.

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

* Educated to Degree / HND Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or be a Time Served Engineer with very relevant experience

* Knowledge of the requirements of working in the manufacturing industry (ISO9001)

* Management / Implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

* Knowledge of ERP & Six Sigma would be an advantage

You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
