The Recruitment Group are looking for An Administration Assistant to work for our client in Loughborough. As an Administration Assistant you will work for a well-established company that has been present in Loughborough for 50 years.
Pay for the Administration Assistant role:
£12 per hour. Weekly pay.
Hours for the Administration Assistant role:
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
About the Administration Assistant role:
* Set on job numbers for new projects.
* Process sales and production orders.
* Maintain and update the job tracker to reflect current project status.
* Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings and reports.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* Compile and manage estate lists for production tracking and reporting.
* Prepare the boardroom for client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are in place.
* Ensure both clients and the sales team have all needed resources during meetings.
* Manage internal and external communications to support project coordination.
* Organise and maintain files and records for quick and efficient access.
* Coordinate with other departments to streamline order processing and delivery.
About You:
* Must have experience in using word and excel.
* Must be computer literate.
* Must be able to follow instructions.
* Need to have a can-do attitude.
* Willing to learn.
* Be dedicated.
* Be punctual.
