Voids Supervisor

Permanent Contract

42.5 Hours - Mon to Fri

Location: Majority of the time is spent in West London however once a week there is a requirement to get to Finsbury Park for a team meeting.

The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Voids Supervisor to join our clients team within the Responsive Maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality service delivery by managing work scheduling in line with company procedures, standards, and SLAs

Represent the company at client and resident performance meetings, as requested by the Operations Manager

Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance and adherence to targets

Effectively manage material costs, ensuring compliance with all relevant processes and procedures

Monitor work quality through inspections, reports, KPI analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys

Lead and support the development of your team, determining optimal staffing levels to meet service requirements

Managing 20 - 30 voids properties per month (No direct reports as of yet)

Managing sub-contractors

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence

Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

SMSTS/ SSSTS or IOSH certification

Prior experience in responsive maintenance is essential for this role
