Do you have supervisory and admin experience? Looking for a new role where you can really make a difference and influence change?
The admin controller will be pivitol in driving an excellent customer experience, managing a team of up to 8 staff and ensuring all admin processes are seamless and efficient.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with occasional Saturday morning requirement.
The Admin controller will be responsible for a variety of duties including:-
* Updating the website
* Dealing with customer queries
* Processing orders, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete
* Creating delivery packs
* Chasing documentation
* Reviewing systems and implementing changes to ensure greater efficiency
* Motivating and managing staff to ensure best results
