Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Reading
Pay rate: £12.50 p/hr

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our large Reading-based office.
This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday, 9am-17.30pm  We are 100% office based. 
This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract to assist on a high volume recruitment campaign.

The role and responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening CVs: Review CVs and applications to match candidates with relevant job requirements.
Building Candidate Pipelines: Developing and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Conducting Initial Interviews: Pre-screening candidates through phone or video interviews to assess their suitability before submitted to the end client.

Excellent Communication Skills: Able to engage with candidates and clients effectively, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
Strong Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously
