Are you a qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? We are seeking an IP Pharmacist to join a dynamic GP surgery team in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical assessments and consultations for patients.
Prescribe medications in line with patient needs.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:

Valid Independent Prescribing qualification.
Experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting.
