Company Overview:
Fairmead is currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client, a specialist contractor in the fit-out sector, who is seeking a Nightshift Site Supervisor to oversee final snagging works on a retail unit project.
Role Overview:
As the Nightshift Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the final snagging phase of a retail fit-out project. This includes overseeing health and safety compliance, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, and facilitating a smooth handover with the day-shift Site Manager each morning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee health and safety procedures for all subcontractors on-site.
* Conduct daily handovers with the day-shift Site Manager.
* Manage site access, including signing in and out of personnel.
* Issue necessary permits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
* Inspect and ensure that all work is completed to the required standard.
Project Details:
This nightshift role involves supervising several contractors completing final M&E works on a retail unit. Responsibilities include conducting inductions, monitoring health and safety protocols, and ensuring that all work is completed on schedule.
Candidate Requirements:
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Valid CSCS card
* Previous experience in managing stand-alone nightshift site operations.
* Retail fit-out experience
